Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The returncosts are for the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return
1. Complete and submit the return form
To request a return, please fill out our return form and email it to info@nailahshop.nl. Once we receive your completed form, your return will be registered.
2. Pack your return
Carefully pack the items you wish to return. Please include a printed copy of the completed return form inside the package to help us process your return correctly.
3. Ship your return
After submitting the return form, you may send your return package. You can create a shipping label via www.postnl.nl or a carrier of your choice.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it off at the carrier.
Within 14 days after receiving your return, you can expect the refund to be made to the account number we have on file.
Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The refund is a refund of the product excluding shipping costs. We do not exchange items.
